Reservations are confirmed when half of the fee has been paid. The remaining amount must be paid in full by the day before the exhibition. Please note that reservations will not be confirmed until half of the fee has been paid.

Carry-in, Set-up, and Carry-out
Exhibition works can be brought in after the close of the previous exhibition, the day before your own exhibition, or the morning of the first day of the your own exhibition.
We ask that you carry in, hang, and display your own work, but we will assist you as much as possible.
We will not be able to accept artwork after the closing of the gallery on the last day of the exhibition.
Please prepare your own invitations, direct mail, catalogs, price lists, and name lists, et cetera.
To assist with your preparations, we will send you a map of the gallery and a logo. We recommend you prepare these materials about one month before the exhibition.
Alternatively, the gallery can also prepare your advertising materials for an additional fee.
Object labels (also known as captions) can be created by the user, or we can create labels in-house that match our wall colors. Label data must be submitted at least two days prior to the exhibition.
If you wish to create your own labels, please bring them with you when setting up the exhibition.
Use of the Cafe
The gallery has a café where Japanese tea will be served to visitors.
No free food or beverages are provided for visitors, but visitors may order as many beverages as they like.
We are happy to help you put on a reception, or a similar event. If you would like to do so, please contact us in advance.
The use of the venue for purposes other than the exhibition and sale of artwork, as well as subleasing or transferring the right to use the venue, is strictly prohibited.
In the event that the walls, floor, fixtures, or other equipment are seriously damaged or soiled during the use of the venue, the user will be required to pay for the cost of repairing the damage.
Preservation of Artworks
The gallery will take all due care with the works brought into the gallery during the exhibition period, but will not be held responsible in the event of theft, damage, fire, natural disasters, or other unforeseen accidents.
We especially ask that you are careful when displaying small items and accessories.
