TERMS OF USE
Purpose of Use
The gallery can be rented as a venue for exhibiting paintings, sculptures and other art works, crafts, apparel products, etc.
Period of Use
As a general rule, the period of use is 5 days from Wednesday to Sunday. Discounts are available for two consecutive sessions.
Depending on the time of year, alternative days may be available or the number of days may be less than a single exhibition period.
As a general rule, the gallery will be open from noon to 8:00 p.m., though shorter opening hours may occur due to unavoidable circumstances. On the last day of the exhibition, the gallery will close at 6:00 p.m. to allow for the exhibition move-out.
Rental Fees and Payment

Reservations are confirmed when half of the fee has been paid. The remaining amount must be paid in full by the day before the exhibition. Please note that reservations will not be confirmed until half of the fee has been paid.
Changes and Cancellations
After confirmation, changes or cancellations are not accepted.
Carry-in, Set-up, and Carry-out
Exhibition works can be brought in after the close of the previous exhibition, the day before your own exhibition, or the morning of the first day of the your own exhibition.
We ask that you carry in, hang, and display your own work, but we will assist you as much as possible.
We will not be able to accept artwork after the closing of the gallery on the last day of the exhibition.
Advertising Materials
Please prepare your own invitations, direct mail, catalogs, price lists, and name lists, et cetera.
To assist with your preparations, we will send you a map of the gallery and a logo. We recommend you prepare these materials about one month before the exhibition.
Alternatively, the gallery can also prepare your advertising materials for an additional fee.
Object Labels
Object labels (also known as captions) can be created by the user, or we can create labels in-house that match our wall colors. Label data must be submitted at least two days prior to the exhibition.
If you wish to create your own labels, please bring them with you when setting up the exhibition.
Use of the Cafe
The gallery has a café where Japanese tea will be served to visitors.
No free food or beverages are provided for visitors, but visitors may order as many beverages as they like.
Receptions, etc.
We are happy to help you put on a reception, or a similar event. If you would like to do so, please contact us in advance.
Prohibited Items
The use of the venue for purposes other than the exhibition and sale of artwork, as well as subleasing or transferring the right to use the venue, is strictly prohibited.
In the event that the walls, floor, fixtures, or other equipment are seriously damaged or soiled during the use of the venue, the user will be required to pay for the cost of repairing the damage.
Preservation of Artworks
The gallery will take all due care with the works brought into the gallery during the exhibition period, but will not be held responsible in the event of theft, damage, fire, natural disasters, or other unforeseen accidents.
We especially ask that you are careful when displaying small items and accessories.
