In Izumo, Shimane Prefecture, which welcomes 8 million gods, the month of October on the lunar calendar (corresponding to November on the new calendar) is called “Kanzai-zuki”. In honor of this month, we have a variety of sweets and other items from Izumo, Shimane Prefecture.
