三浦 康栄
Koei Miura draws what he feels more than what he sees, motivated to capture the essence of natural movement.
With absolute focus, he can capture a gesture in a single Sumi ink stroke.
In paint, he can also capture the vibrant life of a full pose.
Though he previously used oil for figure painting, Koei currently prefers AQYLA, a water-based resin paint.
Given the richness of AQYLA’s color, the switch seems permanent.
