Joni Hirata Duarte, began his studies in Joni Hirata Duarte began his studies in art at Lisbon Art University (BA), and subsequently moved to London to further pursue his passion.
​
Joni completed his MA at City & Guilds London Art School in 2012 and continued to develop his career as an artist at Lavender Hill Studios. 
Now he is a senior tutor at London Fine Art Studios.
Some noteworthy milestones in his career have been painting nationally renowned poet David Constantine as part of the Poetry Portraits Project, exhibiting at a variety of locations, such as The Leighton House Museum, The Central School of Ballet, and The Dulwich Picture Gallery, and recently completing a project with Kings College.

Black-and-white portrait of digital art, and video of the making process.
The video will be approximately 3 mins.
The price is for a digital painting of a portrait. Other types of painting such as coloured or landscape will be by negotiation. 
Good for a commemorative gift and art study.
We will ask you to send a photo and Joni Duarte will make an artwork based on it.
The digital image and the video will be delivered by email.
It's totally up to you how to use the image and video.

Portrait image and video with guidance

Black-and-white portrait of digital art, and video of the making process with painter's guidance voice and subtitles.
The video will be approximately 10 mins.
The price is for a digital painting of a portrait. 
Other types of painting such as coloured and landscape will be by negotiation. 
The guidance voice and subtitles in the video will be in English so please ask in advance if you need a translation. 
The guidance is mainly about values and painting techniques for fine art learners.Good for a commemorative gift and art study.
